Eddie L. Warren - AKA Bro. Eddie Eddie Lee Warren was born in Savannah, GA and raised in the Carver Village Community. He is the second child of the late Deacon Arthur Warren Jr. and Mrs. MackEva Warren. He attended Chatham County Schools and graduated from Sol C. Johnson High School. Eddie has been employed with International Paper (formerly Union Bag) for over 38 years. He has been in Broadcasting and Communications with WSOK Radio for over 26 years. His program "Gospel on the Night Side" has been an inspiration to the citizens of Savannah and surrounding counties for many years. Eddie Warren is a dedicated and devout man of God who has a deep love and commitment to the body of Christ. He walks in the Gift of Helps. He enjoys working with the five-fold gift ministries and spreading the gospel throughout the world by the way of radio and the Internet. He has a special love for the Pastors whom he has encountered during his 26 years tenure in Broadcasting. Eddie Warren is a devoted family man and loves his family dearly; he is a dad to four children, and a granddad. He has a love for bowling and western movies. In 2006, he experienced a work-related injury that dramatically altered his life and his bowling games. Through it all he found God to be Faithful. Eddie Warren has received various awards from churches and organizations throughout this community. On March 9, 2011 he received a Drum Major Award from the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC). On June 11, 2011 he received the H.O.P.E Award and the Excellence Award from Hope for Today Ministry. On June 11, 2011 Eddie Warren received a Congratulatory Letter and Award from Savannah's Mayor the Honorable Otis Johnson for his expertise in broadcasting and for his service to the community and surrounding counties. Eddie Warren is an extraordinary person who seeks not his own, but he seeks to walk in the ways of the Lord. The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord and he delighteth in his way. Psalm 37:23
